My story:
In early summer, Cielo arrived at the shelter after living on the streets. Although her father, Rayo, was very social, Cielo, along with her brother and mother (Nube and Sol), arrived in terror. The mere attempt to approach them filled them with fear, and Cielo, in particular, would bite back in fear. Today, in her exceptional foster home, one of those rare ones that embrace the task with their hearts, there are encouraging signs. Every day, Cielo becomes more confident, allowing herself to be touched and seeking her first cuddles. The tireless work of those around her is bearing fruit, revealing a Cielo who, little by little, is learning that the world can be a safe and loving place
