Rufus spent nearly a year and a half in the shelter, losing part of his youth behind bars. Now that he’s finally free, he’s enjoying the world to the fullest! His happy face while walking or running says it all—Rufus is living his best life with enthusiasm.
Although his passport says he’s 6 years old, his playful behavior suggests he might be younger. Rufus is a loving and playful dog who’s eager to learn. When he first arrived, he didn’t know how to sit and wait for his food, but in just a few days, he mastered it! Now, he patiently waits for you to tell him it’s time to eat.
Besides his energy, Rufus adores cuddles. He loves being around people and making them feel loved.
