My story:
Venus is black, that’s the first thing people see. She’s also big, another downside, and to top it off, she’s already old (8 years), practically a grandmother. And that’s it.
That’s right, black, big and old … And from there no one passes 😞, no one looks at her and sees that look of nobility that touches your soul. Nor feel her head sinking into your body begging for cuddles. Nor walks her to see how wonderful she is in the street. NOBODY!!!!
Venus spends her days in the shelter without anyone looking at her, enclosed in a small courtyard, because the other dogs are scared of her.
She arrived with Apolo, who we believe is her son, and with whom she has a strong attachment.
The ideal would be a joint adoption, but that is impossible 😞, no one will adopt them together.
We know that Venus is going to have a very hard time when she has to separate from Apollo, that’s why we are going to try to have her adopted first. We know that in a home the separation will be less hard.
How sad it all is 😞😞😞😞, especially since we are sure they came from a house, a home.
